The service here has really gone downhill. I was at the bank on Saturday waiting in line for 20 minutes. There were only two people in front of me. The tellers kept taking the drive-through people first. Only two people to run the front and the drive-through windows is ridiculous on a Saturday. One person left the bank entirely after standing in line for about seven minutes. Unacceptable! Now I know why this banks rating is so low!

Although I have a large, revolving, amount of money in accounts with this bank and I have been with them since they were BB&T, I cannot STAND banking with them anymore.
The tellers mess things up.
The management turns over all the time.
They misquote rates.
They allow lines of credit to convert to loan.
They mis-explain accounts, penalties, charges.
And very rarely is Truist corporate able to get anything done on my behalf.
The only reason I haven't switched banks is because my options are limited. (But I'm "interviewing" all the time.)
