- CHC HDec 23, 20252.0I don’t know what is wrong with this branch. There is usually always a line of waiting customers and the tellers seem to take forever. Sometimes disappearing into the back for whatever reason when they are serving a customer. I hear laughing and talking in the back. Perhaps we should focus on getting the line of customers out front taken care of. I don’t know what needs to be done but the teller service at this bank seems to go downhill more each time I go in. Please Atlantic Union, train the tellers to work faster? I don’t know, but it needs attention. Thank you very much.

- EMEliseo MartinezMar 28, 20132.0THIS IS SANDY SPRING AT ITS BEST RIP OFF ARTIST WHAT THEY CAN DO TO YOU IF YOU OWE THEM A DOLLAR THEY CHARGE ME 5 DOLLARS EVERYDAY AS A FEE I OPEN THE ACCOUNT TO SWITCH MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROM SUNTRUST TO SANDY SPRING BUT I NEVER GOT AROUND TO SWITCHING IT, IT TAKES ALOT OF TIME TO DO THIS, SO I ONLY KEPT A COUPLE OF DOLLARS IN THE SANDY SPRING ACCOUNT AND OVER TIME THEY KEPT CHARGING ME SERVICE CHARGE FEES OF $2 WHICH BROUGHT MY ACCOUNT INTO NEGATIVE $1 BALANCE,FIVE DAYS LATER IM GETTING CHARGE 5 DOLLARS A DAY FOR BEING OVERDRAWN A DOLLAR SO RATHER THEN NOTIFY ME OVER THE PHONE LIKE THEY DID WHEN WANTED ME TO SWITCH MY BUISNESS ACCOUNT OVER TO THEM THEY DID NOT CALL AT ALL BUT CHARGE ME $5 EVERYDAY I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO HAVE THEM REASON WITH ME BUT THEY LAUGHED SO I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SANDY SPRING, AND ADVISE YOU NOT TO AS WELL
