As a manager there are many ways to schedule lunch breaks, even if I have to sacrifice my own. Then only one teller was assisting the customers. Horrible experience and I am a new banker here. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting cooperate!

No thank you. No have a good day. Nothing. Then I called for her and stated she never said anything and I asked her a question. She answered it and I said thanks and she said nothing. I’m a business owner of 5 companies and I realize that no matter what people are going through. Salutation and closing remarks are crucial to any business. This is customer service 101. Say hello and then say thank you at the very least.
