All I wanted to do was hit a drive-thru ATM for a quick deposit. However, this is not a branch that I would stop by again unfortunately, The drive-thru lane of the ATM is not covered, so this is not a great location when it's raining.

Very displeased. I came in on a Saturday morning after getting out of class early. I came in to open up a business account for my small entity. The lady approached me seemingly happy to tell me they couldn’t help me with my account because it would take too long . Mind you i waited super patiently to even get attended to . To make things worst she didn’t offer to help me until i mentioned i would be going to another bank. That should’ve been her initial attitude, why be at work of you aren’t interested in helping

This place deserves no stars at all. There is a lack of communication here. Okwuoma Onwuanyi set my account up the incorrect way cause me a lot of issues. When I contacted her she told me she was busy and never called back. I contacted this banker over and over to get no results. As of now I am looking for a new bank to bank with. I no longer trust banks. As a result my company is also looking to switch banks because of this issue here.

I usually bank in Laurel close to my office, but the Bowie branch is on my way to Laurel so I often make morning deposits. Just left the bank on Rt. 197 in Bowie. I started in the drive through but was there so long that I left the line and went inside. I passed 2 people at desks and at least one person in an office. There was only 1 cashier working the line AND the drive through. The manager came out of his well appointed office to greet the person at the head of the line; apparently her knew her. She needed a cashiers check and it was taking forever. The manager walked over and sat with one of the bank employees at a desk. When I could take no more, I approached the manager and asked if he was indeed the manager. He cut me off and told me that I would HAVE to be patient as two people called out today. I was shocked that he didn't recognize the situation for what it was and direct someone to help the "lone" cashier, nor did he offer to help me. I thought it would be a waste of time to tell him how to do his job or ask him to go help the cashier himself, as he should have done by instinct, so I just told him I was leaving and would be typing this review. He actually allowed me to leave without offering to take my deposit or offer assistance. THIS IS THE MAN WHO IS SUPPOSED TO SET THE TONE ON HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED IN HIS BANK. HE SHOWED HIS EMPLOYEES THE EXACT WRONG WAY TO HANDLE AN ANNOYED CUSTOMER STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM! YOU SIR, NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REFRESHER COURSE! I left and went to the BB&T in Laurel and was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Shame on you Mr. Manager!!
