I asked her to re-order me a debit card while at the window, she completely dirsregarded me and tried to redirect me to the Capital One banking app to order a new debit card. She needs training on remaining professional and efficent.

- DMDeon McSwainDec 2, 20251.0I would put zero if I could, this place is unorganized, understaffed, and plain old trash, I’m a patient person I work retail so I understand things happen, and corporations are heavy on keeping employee hours down. I went to this location and It was packed on a Tuesday, cool, they had 2 people helping the long line of at least 10 people and another person sitting in the corner doing her computer thing, not helping a soul. Cool, another lady is in the front handling an escalation, so I wait about 15 min and I see there was a pause, i politely excused and asked if I can open a savings account with her, she said I can either go to the counter which is busy or I can wait for her. So I sat and waited patiently for about another 45 min, then I saw that the line for the windows went down so I get in line cause there was only 1 person waiting. Boom I was next, great! NOPE, FedEx comes in and apparently it takes 2 people to grab 3 FedEx envelopes to hand to fedex. So another 3 min and then I called to the window to open the savings for my niece, and bam oh you have to do that online. lol yea I wasted a little over an hour of my life here at this branch. I can deal with busy, I can deal with understaffed, I can even deal with the fact it took 2 people to get a FedEx package but everyone not being on the same page, and having me wait for a absolutely nothing, nope never again will I return here. This store needs help in the worse way possible. Sucks too because Capital One is actually a good bank.
