I travel 500 miles to visit family and it's just like back home - no functioning ATM at Truist. This seems to be their modus operandi. Truist is a joke. When I get home I'm changing to a small regional bank.

Went in to add my son on my credit card as an authorized user to start his credit history. Immediately, they said he had to be 18. I asked if there was any documentation of that and they were completely unwilling to even look into it. Went to the walkersville branch, they looked into it and made some calls, and an hour later my son was added as a user. The teller at boonsboro seemed interested in the matter but the lady in the back office had no interest in even trying. Best wishes boonsboro branch. Do better.

The Boonsboro branch is horrible. They have no customer service skills, they are condescending and rude. Their ATM ate our cash deposit, they had a tech come out and verify our cash was in the ATM, yet they refuse to credit our account, and said it would take 7-10 working days for our money to be credited. In what world does this make sense? DO NOT USE THE BOONSBORO BBT ATM!!! If I could have given them a zero I would.
