I asked if there was any documentation of that and they were completely unwilling to even look into it. Went to the walkersville branch, they looked into it and made some calls, and an hour later my son was added as a user. The teller at boonsboro seemed interested in the matter but the lady in the back office had no interest in even trying. Best wishes boonsboro branch. Do better.
