This branch provides great service, and Kucha Jallow took the time to discuss various options and guided me in the right direction concerning the best option for me.

Chose this branch for getting gold medallion signature guarantees for estate documents because they have a parking lot and you can make an appointment, both are plusses. The bank manager and notary here gave my family excellent customer service and are on the ball, but this review is really for Eric, the MSG person for multiple Truist branches. He did not return phone calls over a period of weeks, but finally did only after I went in person to speak to the branch manager about it. He did squeeze us in that week. He said one set of forms didn't need the MSG. It did. Tried phoning back to get another appointment, but he was once again completely unavailable and unresponsive by phone. He has an out of date voicemail saying he will be out of the office from some earlier vacation, so he clearly doesn't do much with his outgoing or incoming voicemails. Having to chase him down for a second appointment for something he missed was too much for me. Also, there is no handicap parking spot at this location.
