The bank assured me that this would not be an issue, but now I have been on hold for over twenty minutes. It seems that either they lack the experience to handle my concerns, or this is one of those places where they say whatever they need to just to get you out the door. I should not be paying duplicate for transactions that exist in both cards.

For three days I couldn't get anyone on the phone at Mesla finance to tell me anything about my "pending" loan application, so I called Kiyana and Reza at Truist. They had me approved in 15 minutes, and I picked up the check next day. The Truist interest rate was .75% lower, too! When time was tight, and I really needed help, the staff at Wildwood Truist really helped me out.

Rather than assist me with issues as they have arisen, the tellers provide misinformation and blow you off. There is a clear preference for older, Caucasian patrons as well. I ended up changing banks to Wells Fargo and couldn’t be happier.
