He showed up late to our meeting, walked into his office, didn't come out to the lobby to greet me or apologize for being late and then acted astonished when I asked for my parking to be validated so that I could leave. If you're asking someone to trust you with their hard earned money, perhaps acting as though your time is more important than theirs is a lackluster starting point. So wildly unprofessional.
