- PBPetra BelkeJun 9, 20211.0Worst costumer service I’ve experience in the US. I’ve been living here for 13 years and I am always amazed how amazing costumer service is in this country. But Citibank been the worst! My account got blocked 3 separate times in 1 month . I try to reach out to the banker several times and she never answers. I called the branch manager and I was very polite and explained to her what was going on she apologized and said “don’t worry I will check on the issue and get back to you” been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from her either! Both banker and manager were very friendly but I don’t need a friend I need efficiency. I can’t wait to go cancel my account. I’ve never experienced such a horrible costumer service!
