THE ATM MACHINE WILL KEEP YOUR CARD AND THE BANK STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IN RETRIEVING YOUR CARD FROM IT GETTING LOCKED IN THE MACHINE. A few days ago, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to stop at my bank so I went to withdraw some cash using my Bank of America debit card as I've done many times here at the drive through and at the walk-up ATM and halfway through the process, a message popped up that said: "We are sorry, but we have encountered a problem with this ATM machine and can no longer complete your transaction. Please try again later." My BoA card was never released or ejected from the ATM machine so I went inside to the bank and the bank teller told me that they can't help me get it back unless it's a Capital One card and that I just need to request a new card from my bank. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never use any Capital One ATM ever again, nor will I ever consider banking with Capital One in any capacity. I highly recommend you don't either.
