Unaccommodating to the customers. The lady with a wooden face at this branch refused to help me deposit my own money to my own account because she misunderstood the rules. After I told her that other branches never had an issue helping me, she made sure to call them and put it in their head to make sure they refused to serve me as well. They ended up helping me at another branch, but if this was the only branch, I wouldn’t be banking with them. Stay away from this branch!

One of the most racist banks I have ever seen in my life, this morning I went in and went to the bank to cash the cheque I was working with and the employee inside, Michaela Petrovschi, told me that she could not cash the cheque and she wanted to call the owner of the cheque to make sure and I agreed. The owner of the cheque admitted that he could give me the money and that it was written by him but he called a few more places and asked for my name and country and then he called a few more places and he looked at my face in a very insulting way and humiliated me in front of people and this was one of the most amazing and worst experiences I have ever had in my life and I will never, ever work with your bank again.

Terrible bank for business or personal use. Should’ve listened to the 10+ people who warned us not to use them.

Got a check from a neighbor for doing work around their home. Went to cash the check and was charged $8 because I don’t have an account with them. Thought that was pretty ridiculous. Not accepting any more checks from this bank.

I bank with BB&T for my business. Have 5 accounts with them. Asked for money straps and manager said "we don't give money straps to customers". A teller that knew me gave me a few. Very poor customer service from those that run the Branches. How greedy can they get?
