- RNRick NorrisFeb 14, 20231.0I’ve been banking with BB&T and now Truist for over 30 years and I have never had such bad service as I have had with this Branch in the Calverton Shopping Center. When it was located on the other end of the Center and was BB&T the service was fast and friendly. The last 2 times I tried to make a transaction the staff acted like I wasn’t even standing first and only in line. I heard girls laughing in other offices and saw employees looking at me but my impression was that they couldn’t care less if I was standing there or not. Good thing this branch will soon be closing as I will never visit it again.
