I’ve been banking with BB&T and now Truist for over 30 years and I have never had such bad service as I have had with this Branch in the Calverton Shopping Center. When it was located on the other end of the Center and was BB&T the service was fast and friendly. The last 2 times I tried to make a transaction the staff acted like I wasn’t even standing first and only in line. I heard girls laughing in other offices and saw employees looking at me but my impression was that they couldn’t care less if I was standing there or not. Good thing this branch will soon be closing as I will never visit it again.

Use any other bank. Been waiting on critical paperwork for 7 weeks now. And it's not the branch, it's corporate. As a bank they're extremely frustrating to deal with.

Avoid at all costs. It takes me 2 visits and significant amount of time just to ask them to close my business account, so frustrated I left them in the middle of conversation went straight to the other branch, they closed my business account in 10 minutes.
