- WAWendy AlegriaDec 14, 20231.0My mom wants to open a new account and this location denied the service just because we don’t speak English!! I never experienced a discrimination from the personal like they did with us. This location literally quick us out of this Capital One! They lost a whole family of 5 clients of their bank because our money is not going to be longer in this bank if they don’t have trained staff for our community.. I feel so indignant of this situation and this location!!! How they can contract personal so rude and discriminatory against Latin customers!!
