Got the runaround, was told on a call with estate team that I would need to go to a branch to close my deceased parent's credit card. Went to the Bel Air branch and was told I could have done everything over the phone (what?) but that I needed an appointment if I wanted to do it in person. Made an appointment since I already knew I couldn't do it over the phone...they were booked out the next three to four weeks. Banker calls me a few days later about my appointment and leaves a voicemail. I call banker back several times over the next 1.5 weeks and never ever got a response. WF just jerks you around. Go bank somewhere else.
