I go to the drive through to make it quick and all of a sudden, your driver's license and your debit card and check are not good enough. Now they now have to ask your phone number and send you a text to verify that it's you. God forbid you would ask for any of your own cash. All the while people in the next lane are flying through one after another. I think it's time to switch to a smaller bank that knows how to treat their customers.

Let people spend the money on it and then pull it but still run all the changes and the penalties? Pretty sure that's what Bank of America just got busted for. Thanks alot we will be taking out money else where.
