My husband & I came in today w/ a lot of questions - all of which were answered by Cathy Harris. She was fantastic - very kind & knowledgeable. Took care of opening an account for us. Definitely look for her if you need help. Thanks, Cathy!

Horrible bank and horrible customer service. Please do not go here if you want anything done correctly. How they managed to set up my business checking account as a parent-child account and I'm unable to access my monthly statements is beyond me. Customer service is a complete joke when trying to get anything rectified and their lack of urgency to get anything fixed for their customers is quite evident.

Trust spot my bank, which is how I wound up there I have attempted to call Customer Service about different issues over the years and Customer Service is nowhere near competent enough to answer your question, even a simple question. No one answers at the branch and you have to leave a message. It appears the only way to get customer services to walk in the door and stare at them

Always a 30 minute to an hour wait just to make a deposit it's absolutely insane.
