  I want to give a huge shoutout to Christopher Hurst, the manager at this TD Bank location. I recently went through a stressful fraudulent situation on my debit card, and Christopher went above and beyond to help me through it. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine care and respect. He took the time to walk me through every step, explain what was happening, and make sure I fully understood the process. What really stood out was how timely and efficient he was—he handled everything quickly without making me feel rushed. Christopher’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to communicate clearly turned a frustrating experience into one where I felt supported and confident that everything would be resolved. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with true empathy, but he does it effortlessly. He’s doing an amazing job, and TD Bank is lucky to have him. If you ever need help with something serious or complicated, Christopher is absolutely the person you want in your corner. Highly recommend this branch thanks to him!

  There's 2 speed bumps you have to go over in this parking lot. They are way too big and bottomed out my car, bending some exhaust parts. My car is not low and I did not go fast. These speed bumps are almost as high as the curb. On top of that they wouldn't let us complete the money transfer we needed. Update: went to a different TD bank, no speed bumps, and they were able to get what we needed. This one specific bank just specializes in being horrible I guess.

  Opened a checking account at TD Bank awhile back. My previous bank did not have a self-serve area, and the lines were really long just to cash a check or make a deposit. So, I switched to TD Bank. I have had my checking account there for over a year, and I have had absolutely no problems. Tellers are quick and helpful during banking hours, and using the self-serve area after hours is a breeze. Glad I switched to TD bank.

  I came in wanted to finish opening and account some woman at the front immediately shut me down, didn't value my time. A business like this clearly only values their own time. Very stupid. - well again here we go get there 3 mins waiting behind someone for drive thru. Oh sorry can't help you thanks for waiting. This bank only values it's own time and closing my account today. No thanks. Errors that costed me before now that. Terrible bank and brand to work with, wouldn't suggest

  poor communication waiting for an hour for an issue to be resolved and cash a check something that was supposed to only take ten minutes
