The representative basically sat me down asked me all these questions. Just to try to refer me to my side of town because he was going to lunch and the other (2) representatives were busy and had appointments by the hour.
- RKRose KaluAug 9, 20242.0Very unhappy with the services at this branch, my very first visit, I came in to enquire about opening a bank account with Wells Fargo at this branch. The teller lady was screaming ontop of her voice and there were several other customers, I felt no privacy and confidentiality . I managed to get an appointment for the next day, she didn’t share any mandatory documents I needed to bring or nothing. Came back for my appointment the next day, the lovely banker Puja explained what I needed and had to go back and another appointment was still made again. Upon getting to the bank the next appointment, in the process of opening this account, for some reason it felt like the attendant was confused, I was asked I needed to either pay some amount of money, why didn’t you just tell me I need to either bring in cash or a bank card. I had asked in my previous appointment if there were any other requirement. 3 Appointment to open one single account. It was really frustrating! No proper information. Nothing! I will go to another bank.
