Going inside is a thoroughly unpleasant, aggravating experience! It is really quite shocking how obnoxious the staff in there can be! Best avoided, in my opinion.

She made me feel welcome and respected and at 60yrs old that's important. She didn't act frustrated or question me as to why I was tech or bank oriented and really went out of her way to make me comfortable and make this a very positive experience!!
