I would like to share my disappointment regarding my experience at Truist Bank's branch. Over the past two months, I have attempted to reach out to the branch manager, but unfortunately, my attempts have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and support from the manager has left me feeling neglected as a customer. It is disheartening when the institution that is meant to safeguard our financial interests falls short in providing assistance. Furthermore, there have been inconsistencies with deposit dates provided by the branch. Initially, the dates were given but later changed, causing some ACH transactions to bounce back. This has resulted in inconvenience and financial disruptions. While I understand that everyone may face personal challenges, it is unfortunate that the manager has not responded or offered assistance during this time. Open and effective communication is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. If considering this branch for establishing an account, I recommend exercising caution and being aware of potential communication issues and inconsistencies. I hope that Truist Bank takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their customer service and communication practices. Constructive feedback can help businesses identify areas for growth and better serve their customers.
