I called Meena today to see if she could link my Truist bank accounts together for my online banking. She had it done within five minutes. Meena worked at my local branch and was always soo helpful and knowledgeable with any services I needed. Always so kind and it didn't matter how busy she was, she made sure my banking needs were met. Unfortunately, she is at another branch that is not close me. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I have had the worst experience just trying to accomplish a simple bank need at my hometown branch, explained below. I opened up a couple of accounts at a different branch, and the customer service rep was not able to perform the simple task of connecting my accounts for online banking. I wanted to do this so I could transfer monies between accounts. Then this rep gave me a a 1-800 number and they couldn't even figure it out. Long story short - See Meena, she'll get it done with a smile!!!!!!!

O ne of the Banker is unkind ness and impolite. After covid 19 issue waiting in line outside N get in the front exit and then allow to the Banker. 3rd steps to approach to the counter. What a secure solution for clients.

I go in and I was on the phone on a long distance call and I was ending the call while getting in line. However I was the only person in the entire bank and the teller did not call on me until I finally looked at her. She nodded for me to come up unstead of using her God given voice to say anything as if I was a mind reader. I thought that was rude and she said as I was walking up she was just waiting on me. I guess she was waiting to make eye contact and for me to know what she was thinking in her head...
