When they say you feel like family there! You truly do, as soon as you walk through the door. Every single person was friendly, greeted you with sincerity and with a smile on their face. Everything was explained to me step by step as I opened my new account and offered me so many other options which was explained in detail as well. I almost didn't want to leave. It was like sitting in a family members household. Thank you Truist. @ the W. North Ave Branch

Simply fantastic staff! From the moment my business partner and I walked in to this branch, we felt welcomed and knew that we had made the right choice for our business banking partner. We had the pleasure of working with Mr Buffaloe, who was able to help us transact our business quickly and efficiently, and with patience and humour that made our visit to the bank a true pleasure. Experiences like this are uncommon enough these days that I felt it important to let others know of our positive experience and to convey our thanks to the pleasant and helpful staff at the branch.
