They lie both over the phone and in person. The bank manager is very unprofessional!

The people who work here act like they just don’t care about anybody. Also, their ATMs are always down. I’ve been trying to deposit for months and they still have not yet fixed it.

I would not even give that bank one star but I had to in order to write this review. The manager there named Don black is horrible he does nothing but walk around playing on his phone and talking to all the employees while they work. Then I go through the drive-thru with three deposits when it says clearly on the window that if you have more than three transactions to please come inside not only that there was no one behind me but when I asked for his name and I wouldn't tell him what my problem was he immediately told me I'm not allowed to come through the drive-thru with three transactions and then he reiterated that he is the manager so what he says stands and it doesn't matter what the sign says in the window. I've gone through the drive-thru before and then the only one in there and once again he is telling me it is taking so long cuz he only has one teller even though he is quite capable of doing something but won't corporate seriously needs to watch the cameras and see how this so-called manager they have does nothing I mean absolutely nothing
