I have been a customer back when it was BBT and continued to be a loyal customer. I deposited a check from my personal NFCU to pay off the line of credit I needed to use due to the government shutdown. I’m paying interest daily on this…I deposited this on the 23rd it was taken out of my NFCU account the very next day. It has since then been “held” and will not be in my account until a WEEK later. I now have to pay interest daily on an account that I tried to pay off a week ago. Called and spoke to a supervisor who tried to help and it was denied. I will be closing my account as soon as that money is there and will never do business with them again and will be sure to tell everyone about this. This is MY money that’s being held and now I OWE money because of it. So extremely disappointed

THE WORST. Always only one teller here. Been in line for 30 minutes. This is normal here. Terrible.

I just arrived at the BB&T Boston Street location. It’s 10:19am and was informed that the branch is no longer servicing customers for the day. Your website clearly states the lobby is open for In Person transactions until 12:00pm. In addition to a customer already being serviced in person upon my arrival. If this in fact was the case, the lobby door should be manned with a branch representative or perhaps signage stating the lobby is closed.
Not such a great start to my morning. The lobby was empty, only to have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line to perform my transaction.
Sadly disappointed
