Worst bank ever. They need to update their hours since they are NEVER open until 6 on fridays. Complete waste of time and gas. Got off early one friday and went to 3 different locations between 12 and 3. All three drive thrus were closed for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. As soon as I can I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. I never had a problem with SunTrust and I was with them over 20 years.

I went to this location to do a business deposit. I didnt have an account number with me so the teller stated it is against their policy to look it up. She stated she couldnt just type in the name and do the deposit for me. Ive been in banking for over 6 years and i had customers come in all the time to make deposits into other people accounts. People dont give out account numbers you just have to have the name and address. Its not like i asked for the banking info i just wanted to deposit business checks with that name on the account into our business account. The girl was not helpful at all and made me have to go to a different location to do our deposit. She was so unhelpful and ill never go to that branch again. If i could give no stars i would.
