4pm on a Friday and the bank was closed. A sign on the door said, “Temporarily closed” and listed 2 other locations. This is the 3rd time we have tried to visit this branch. A woman at the ATM quipped, “I bet you they won’t open again”, apparently she’s had the same issues with this location

I ASK TO SPEAK TO A BRANCH MANAGER.. THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE AT THAT LOCATION. SMH. SHE CALLED THE WHITEMARSH LOCATION TO SEE IF THEY CHARGED ME THE FEE. THEN TELL ME THE TELLER DEPARTMENT WAS GONE FOR TODAY AT THE WHITEMARSH LOCATION. HORRIFIC AND HORRIFYING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THAT TELLER.. #128 IS HER NUMBER I GUESS
