This is my first visit. When I entered, the ONLY teller was not at her station, but she was standing near the kiosk, talking to en elderly woman who seemed to need a lot of assistance. The teller greeted me and said she would be with me in a minute. Since she was NOT at her station, I thought she was a greeter. When I finished completing my bank slip, I noticed that there was no teller at the teller stations, so I asked where they were. This is when the teller turned to me and said that she told me that she would be with me when she was done talking to the elderly lady. At this point, the bank closes in about 10 minutes and the elderly woman is rattling off a list of things that she needs. Rather than ask me what I wanted, to see if it could be done quickly, the teller offers to look up all of the woman's inquiries at the teller desk. It was the elderly woman who suggested that I go first. All I did was make a payment on my mortgage, with my mortgage coupon. However, the teller required an ID. Her demeanor was very offputting. As the elderly woman continued to sit to the side, another customer came in thinking he was next. However, the teller wanted him to wait until she serviced the elderly woman. The elderly woman offered to let him go ahead of her too because she had a list of things that needed to be looked up. Thank God the elderly woman had common sense. You don't make people with 2 minute transactions wait, when you haven't even begun one that may take an hour. The man that entered was kind enough to help the elderly woman walk to the teller's desk, but the female teller's attitude is too aggressive. The male customer didn't appreciate the teller's attitude either.
