Alice, the bank manager, took care of all my needs while I was fixing an identity theft issue. I would very much recommend banking here with her support .

The branch manager on avenue in Hampden was superb. I was about to close my bank account, due to online issues but he professionally and calmly fixed all my issues. Plan on staying with them as a result. Would recommend it to friends and family too.

Truist is awful in general… this particular location doesn’t even have a branch manager so basically there is no accountability and no one to really assist you that has authority. I am closing all of my accounts and going elsewhere. I should have known when they switched names/ownership something was wrong. Stick with credit unions and leave these middle east owned banks alone!
