I waited in line for over 20 minutes just to make a simple deposit, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of staffing and organization at this Middle River location on Orville Road is ridiculous.
What makes this even more concerning is that handicapped customers—who may not be able to easily access the facility—are forced to wait just as long, with no consideration or urgency shown by staff. There should be adequate staffing at all times to properly serve customers.
The manager currently running this branch is doing a poor job managing operations. This location clearly needs new leadership and better customer service standards.

Dont use this bank. I regret ever using them and i will be shutting down my account with them. Today12/3/2025 i encontered a very rude customer service. Can you imagine sitting for more than an hour and the guy just skips you and attend to someone else without even acknowleding your presence. I was told first come, first serve. They only have one person to assist all customers each time i visit that orville branch in essex.

Been banking with them ever since they took over Vermont Federal. Never any issues and they have stopped a couple of fraudulent charges before they hit my account

I called the customer service number to see when this branch would open on a snow day, lost my card and needed a temporary card, told me it would be open at 11am, drove out into snow to get access to my money, arrived and they changed it to not opening at all. Don't play games if you are closing your branch, just say so. Wasted my time, and gas to be disappointed.
