This is the 3rd time I have been to this branch to make an only for deposit request for a family member. As usual, they gave me a hard time. Even though I made 2 deposits earlier with a few issues, this 3rd time was ridiculous. I will never visit this branch again and neither should you.

Tina specifically helped me resolved some issues I was having on the administrative side of my account. Don’t mess around online, come in to the branch and they will help you every time!

I reported it promptly and for days TD apparently says they "can't" credit the money/take action that will help me because it's "pending." This feels like a PREVENTABLE DELAY, while I NEED MY MONEY. If TD has a process that impedes or delays action, why not improve the process. I called the Branch. Spoke to "Dana." No help, just excuses. Put on hold for a long time.
