Perhaps it's because I go to Howard Bank branches in Columbia/Ellicott city and centennial that I don't have to worry about complicated security measures just to make a deposit. Considering the location I think it's somewhat important to them but it's a bit of a inconvenience when you are busy. Staff I spoke were were friendly, which is always a good thing. Other than the difficulties I had trying to get in everything else was ok.
