- AMAntonio MNov 15, 20255.0My son and I wanted to cash his first work check with my account backing it up as I would have him sign it over to me. The teller, Briana said, "This is not our policy, but some banks do. Bank of America might do it, being as they were the bank that issued the check". And she added they may charge a fee. I said that it's too late to get to Bank of America and if any were open, Mondawmin would be the one (it was a Saturday at 11:55a.) and most banks that are open close at 12n. Briana was profession and nice. She looked up Bank of America Mondamin and said they are open till 2p. Had she not went above and beyond with her customer service, we would've left thinking they were closed. They were open and all is well. Thank you Briana for being a problem solver. I don't care what everybody else has said, I haven't had a problem with this Capital One. I'm a part time cashier at a county Home Depot. As a customer, I keep transactions simple, to the point and with a negotiable demeanor.

My husband and I was there on Nov. 5 right before closing and the two young ladies were rude after my husband was asking questions. They was getting annoyed and the security guy came over there. He asked to pull out money from his account and asked for two forms of ID for over a $2K withdrawal. I never went to no bank who asked for 2 forms of ID under $5K (5,000)! We will not go back to this location in Baltimore, MD on Reisterstown Road!!! This location needs to be shut down!!!!!!!
- PBp battleOct 29, 20251.0Do not bank with capital one bank at all. They are the worst. I got ripped off of $100 and they told me I have to wait 3 to 4 months for my money to be put back but the scammed has already spent the money. I regret banking with them
