This happened February 2nd and I’m still on February the 26th dealing with the aftermath of her mistake.

- CWCassie WareOct 8, 20161.0This place is absolutely worthless. They have a 410 number listed but if you try and call it directs you to the corporate 1-800 number. I asked the corporate rep if I could make a payment on my USAA credit card in store, and was told "yes" flat out. Well today we navigated there during the boat show and rain to make the payment. Once inside the lady who was more concerned about her manager was calling her, just said "we don't take cash", and that was it. I have been a member since birth and this is the first time I actually am disappointed in USAA. This place is only there to sell you services, it is not an actual bank.
