Called Waldorf 5 times over 2 hours, auto switchboard hung up on me whenever I selected the option to speak with someone (no message, just "click"). Tried Annapolis instead (further away), finally got through and was put on hold "for a moment". 16 minutes later I gave up. Do they think they're the only bank around? I had another account with them about 5 years ago. Terrible then, terrible now.
