Terry assisted us when we 1st were married and I moved from Hamptons Long Island NY to MD to be with Husband. The Branch is conveniently located in a nice, safe area near great stores. We still use FNB even though we are currently in NY!! Thank you 👍😊

I go in at least once per month and they have one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I wish I knew her name, she is an older (60s?) white woman with short grey hair and glasses. She is always, curt, snappy and comes off, frankly, racist. On top of this, she clearly hates her job and the customers, and yet, she is always training the (presumably) new staff. Additionally, I’m not sure if they have trouble retaining employees but someone is always training. I am only leaving a review because this happens every single time I am in there and someone needs to talk to her about her terrible attitude. Worst customer service I’ve encountered at a bank.
