They give personalized service, where employees know us by name and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. We love working with people who know us personally, people that we can trust to help us get the answers and services we need, like Teresa Stout did with the PPP loan process (just to mention one example). Teresa made the entire process so simple, which was refreshing during a national pandemic. Diamond, Mike and Lilia are always helpful no matter what our needs are, both personal and professional.
