- AJAmala JonesApr 21, 20251.0Worst bank I have been with and I just switched but after they called me to pick up a credit card I have been waiting weeks for after telling me it was being mailed then calling and emailing me to tell me it was ready for pick up, they treat me like a joke over the phone and barely listened to a word I said and then tell me they are closing at 4 after I overhear the manager tell the employee to dismiss me and he apparently did not have 30 seconds to talk to me like an adult but I could hear their conversation. Can’t wait to close my account immediately after I figure all this out, worst bank ever and I hope the idiots answering the phone at this location get fired cause wow, truly the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

It couldn’t count one hundred dollar bills and ate my money and then asked me to type in the amount of my deposit instead of returning the cash. I was on the phone for over an hour at 4 am in the morning. Now they are investigating my transaction which will take upto 5 business days. Uggghhh what a nightmare. I can’t even call anyone at the branch because their phone line is so convulatec. Your calls go into a vortex and never get answered.!!!!
