While waiting for assistance, I tried to get help from a supervisor who was present on the floor, but received no response or acknowledgment. Even if immediate assistance is not possible, basic communication and guidance would be appreciated. I hope the branch can improve customer service and on-site support.

- CCChrisaricSep 5, 20251.0My experience at this branch was very uncomfortable. The security guard constantly walks back and forth, following customers around the lobby and staring at them. It’s the same guard every day, and his behavior makes the banking experience unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, the banking service itself is slow and poorly managed. Overall, I would not recommend this branch.
