The security guard was extremely rude and disrespectful, which made me feel completely unwelcome. After years of loyalty, I didn’t expect to be treated this way. And they can't have someone ne in the back to help out lines pretty much go outside. Would be nice if they invested in stools in line for elderly half hour to a hour wait time is ridiculous
