  Dear TD Canada Trust Customer Care, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your branch located at 1723 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB. I accompanied my brother-in-law, who is visiting from Europe and does not speak or read English, to address an issue with a cheque. Upon arrival, it was clear he would need my assistance to communicate with staff. However, the branch manager’s conduct was unprofessional, aggressive, and highly disrespectful. When I explained that I would speak on my brother-in-law’s behalf, the manager dismissed me, stating, “I don’t need you, we can get a translator.” My brother-in-law made it clear that he preferred me to assist him, yet the manager insisted otherwise. We were then taken to a private room where the manager told me that, “for the way you reacted,” he could have me arrested, claiming he had the power to do so. This was an alarming and completely unnecessary statement. When I politely asked how long the process might take—since my brother-in-law had travelled with me and relied on me for transportation—the manager suggested I leave him there and said, with a smirk, “There’s public transport, isn’t there?” I have never encountered such a level of rudeness and lack of professionalism from a bank manager. This behaviour not only caused unnecessary stress for both of us, but it also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer care, cultural sensitivity, and accessibility needs. I request that this incident be investigated, that I receive a formal response from TD Canada Trust, and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customer experiences this type of treatment.

  Zero experience for this branch,one week trying paying payment but they don't know how to make, manager not friendly and she doesn't know how do that payment.

  My account was mistakenly frozen by the TD fraud department when I was going to do a global wire transaction. TD closed my account immediately without sufficient investigation, which caused huge inconvenience and stress. I saw a lot of miscommunication in the back office. The issue was finally resolved with the great supports from Feyi and Jeff who appealed my case. Many thanks to Ethan and Haoming who were super friendly and helpful when dealing with my accounts. TD’s back office needs improvement but the staffs in this branch are well trained.

  7-8 months ago I had switched jobs which require me to change banking locations from the St. Mary's location to this location. I had read the reviews online and was skeptical of the service though the first few times were okay. Today I ran into an issue.after looking online and seeing that the location is open at 10 upon arriving at 10:30 I was told that the location is only serving seniors from 10 to 11 this was not indicated on the website. I can understand this however I had taken time off work to go there security guard at the door indicated that I had to wait I informed him that I couldn't and I needed to do my banking now.after telling him I want to speak to the manager we walked in and were greeted by a man who was too busy cleaning his coffee pot then to take care my issue.I did call the helpline over the phone and it was indicated then that the first hour was for seniors again I do understand this and I have no issues with that it was how I was treated at the door by this individual with a coffee pot. Please note there was nobody in the branch at the time. I understand why this location receives very little stars if any
