- JJJNov 21, 20251.0Screwed over by this branch. They are suppose to unlock my card but instead kick me out of branch at 6pm without completing their job. Cant get help online unless the branch unlocks my card. Reached out to fraud department at 601pm and there are clear direction on my account for branch to call the department and not me. Left me with no funds and unable to fed my kid. Shame on TD

I had to call TD to get someone that knows what is doing to tell me the right thing and now I have to go all the way back to TD again to get it done. I will try another branch where there is better customer service

She was unwilling to help, spoke in a dismissive and judgmental tone, and showed no understanding of how to interact with clients—especially those who have trusted TD with significant assets over the years. As a high net worth client, I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to solve problems especially under tight deadlines. Instead, I left the branch feeling disrespected and undervalued. This type of attitude from a floor manager reflects poorly not only on the branch but on TD as a whole. When frontline managers show arrogance instead of competence, clients notice. If TD wants to keep pace with competitors, investing in training and accountability for staff like Loretta should be a top priority.
