  I have been with this branch for over 35 years and enjoyed my visits. Terrific staff and excellent services make TD a friendly place for my banking needs.

  Waiting period is half an hour to 45 minutes. They don’t have people to work . They pretend to seems busy . Only few people are on teller and they are nice . They need upgrade . Extremely unsatisfied customer . It used to be very nice .

  I came to Canada in 2005 and opened RESP for my children at td bank in my wife name Over the last 20 years I have been contributing to it my hard earned money During covid my my wife got diagnosed with cancer and because every thing was closed or slowed down by the time treatment started it was already stage 4. Later on it got worst we went to td bank and explain them situation to setup everything at bank in a way once she passed away there should not be any problem They assured us that all the accounts are setup properly and there should not be any issue Later on once she passed away I tried to reinvest RESP I was denied access to my children resp and got told that once your children go to university or college you can access it Later on my son started university and still no access to resp Now 2nd child started universty and last date to pay their tution has passed I called and visited branch over 20 times still no access to the funds I try to go with different advisor still nothing I went to different td branch with different advisor had 2 appointments with him Got told after a week that I have to go back to same branch There are no appointment for week at least Try to talk to talk manager previously he referred back to me to same advisor still nothing happened Today again trying to talk to manager He would not talk to me I am also refusing to leave untill I talk to him No one knows what to do Branch tells it's problem at back office I don't have any phone or contact to back office Back office told to a different advisor it's problem at branch Is there someone out there who could help me in this regard I am hitting brick wall

  If you're withdrawing cash in pre-rolled coin rolls from this location, you better count how many coins are there in the roll. The bank shortchanged me today. I got 3 rolls of 5 cent/nickles, and each roll was missing atleast 2 coins. Its not about the 10 cents that i lost per roll, but it's about the short changing and principles, 10 cents from 1000s of customer? that will be a big amount. And whats up with this location always being short staffed? Every time I've been here in the past couple of months, I've had to wait in the line for over 20 minutes

  I went there to get my debit card as someone compromised my card but the staff named Marissa Zhang dont know how to talk with customers she was asking me unreasonable questions that doesn’t relate anything to topic we are discussing about I suggest everyone dont waste your time by going to this branch Hope their manager will look the issue that they had with their staff I am surprised why they close the branch thats on other side of Pembina their staff was always nice and polite hope they will reopen that and close that one instead of that.
