- JBJatin BansalSep 11, 20251.0I waited in line for over 40 minutes at TD Bank, and there was only one teller working at the front the entire time. On top of that, they take forever to complete even a single task, which makes the wait even worse. For such a big bank, the lack of efficiency and staffing is really disappointing.
- ACAdeline CookSep 10, 20251.0This branch has a branch manger that has discriminating branch policies… while trying to replace my bank card the branch manager came over and asked if I was indigenous… upon revelling that I was… the branch manager informed the clerk helping me that high risk individuals need photo ID. While trying to file a complaint, I had to engage with the branch manager who said she had said otherwise… I attend other branches for my banking needs now … and I can obtain a bank card with no such discrimination. I took the time to ask the clerk who replaced my card about these types of polices (as racism and discrimination are touchy subjects)… I was informed that confirming my identity with my banking app, answering questions about my account, and receiving a confirmation code to my phone are standard. … I had to wait quite a bit in line to complain… because as others have noted… regardless of line length… the branch refuses to staff more clerks…

- DSDiana SalangsangSep 5, 20251.0The few times I came there, the staff that were suppose to know more than the teller seemed like they didnt understand what 'power of attorney' means. My moms debit card was disabled bc she messed up her pin, and she can't get to the bank herself. So I went instead. I was turned away and told that 'POA' was only for handling financial internal issues and changing the debit pin was not part of it. I was frustrated. Doesnt make any sense and I requested an explanation. She didnt even read the poa papers. I felt like that supervisor just didnt want to help me and she walked away. Waste of my time. My lawyer confirmed she was wrong. This needs to be corrected. Poor cuatomer service that day!
