They were requiring multiple pieces of ID - which is not what their paperwork said - to unfreeze my acct. Could not do at counter - had to see an advisor after waiting in line for FORTY minutes. Advisor was just as unhelpful. Decided to walk in at the Polo Park branch and was helped at the counter within 5 minutes.
