  Waited in line for over 45 minutes. Not impressed. Need more staff as wait time is unacceptable.

  If it were possible to give a zero, I would—without hesitation. This branch has deteriorated so badly it’s almost unbelievable. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and was left sitting there for over 20 minutes, even after the front supervisor had already messaged the staff member (DJ). And honestly, I doubt anyone would have bothered if I hadn’t finally called the branch myself. Then, to make matters worse, she insisted on “going over my investments” to “understand” what I wanted to do. Really? I was there for one simple reason: to cash in an RRSP and withdraw my own money. There’s absolutely nothing to “understand.” The unnecessary delay and pointless questioning were just insulting. It’s astonishing that this level of incompetence is tolerated—let alone rewarded. The manager is clearly part of the problem, given the consistent pattern of poor service. After reading the reviews from others who’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this branch, I completely understand and share their frustration. This place is a mess, and it’s obvious nothing is being done to fix it.

  ZERO stars. I have taken my services elsewhere due to a rude manager (red hair). I have lived in the community for more than 20+ years. Very disappointing.

  This branch is a nightmare. I signed up online and went to use my acct and was frozen. They were requiring multiple pieces of ID - which is not what their paperwork said - to unfreeze my acct. Could not do at counter - had to see an advisor after waiting in line for FORTY minutes. Advisor was just as unhelpful. Decided to walk in at the Polo Park branch and was helped at the counter within 5 minutes.
