Billy Donaldson the branch manager resolved the issue for me and personally called to inform me. That was completely unexpected, but I am very grateful! He cares about the clients, amazing customer services! Thank you Billy!

Terrible customer service, routine paper work for a mortgage that is promised by closure date and then promised afin and again , is not done. Lawyer is very unhappy . I am very po'ed . Do not deal with these people.

I went there to do banking, they wanted me to open overdraft limited for cheque account, I told them actually I don't need, because if my account cannot keep 5K, i will be charged 30 dollars monthly, however, I have been told that is totally free, only when it happened i would be charged, however when I found out and let them refund me the ODP fee, they cheated me again and told me, already refund and cancelled the overdraft service, when I get home double checked again, no money refund. I called TD customer service online got the refund. The teller told me it was free service were from Indian, the other teller told me refund funds was a Filipino. I cannot believe the teller could cheat me even face to face and 2 times for one thing. P.S. 2 times when I was there, ATM machine was out of order, no cash loaded or machine is out of order.
