- RERae-Lynne EvanochkoDec 29, 20251.0stood in line for 45-60min to deposit a cheque and spouse needed a new card for our joint account. Unable to get new card because he didnt have w pcs of photo id. Never needed it before. Also took away the bizz line so business people have to wait even longer to be in and out. Considering closing our accounts and doing business elsewhere. Nice staff but with only 2 tellers and 10+ ppl in line makes service even crappie. If I could give negative stars I would. Bring back the bizz lime to help the business people you guys say you care so much about, your truly not showing it.

- NSNadia SumarOct 13, 20251.0They screwed up my kids education resp and money went missing and they deny knowing anything. Not only that, they hired staff that are barely speaking English that can’t even comprehend what my issue is. They scammed money. Stay away from TD, I left years ago but left the resp because they convinced me we’d receive interest in putting on a GIC but now that money vanished and they didn’t provide all the funds when taking it out. Now telling me I can’t take it out after the time has passed. When I asked why it wasn’t provided at the time I enrolled my child in school, they had no answers and didn’t even care to solve it. I’ll be taking it higher up because I’m not getting ripped by incompetent staff who can’t do their job
