Unfortunately, my interaction was not positive. At the start, I felt the approach was unprofessional and not welcoming. Key loan details, such as repayment duration, were not clearly explained to me. Additionally, an insurance product—costing approximately 27% of the loan—was added without my prior consent, which was concerning. When I requested a change to the loan repayment duration, I was asked to wait while the agent appeared distracted with his mobile phone. I was told the adjustment would take 45 minutes, but shortly after I left, I received a call to proceed immediately, which made the earlier delay seem unnecessary. I believe such practices can negatively impact customer trust and the branch’s reputation. I recommend providing additional training for Rushbah on customer relationship management and transparent communication. It may also be worth reviewing whether front-desk responsibilities align with his current skill set. Thank you for considering this feedback. - EPEthan PatrickJul 26, 20251.0Their business practise is a little weird and ended up getting scammed by a Spring Financial (which they pressured on me and didn’t give me any choice on whether to deal with). Getting a loan with them was fine. I got the amount I needed at first, but realized I needed more to cover my three credit cards. What I got was enough to cover one and they understood that I needed more. They force me to deal with Spring Financial to help me get the rest. Spring Financial scammed me and wasted my time the last three months saying that after three months I could get a lower interest rate and more to my loan. I refused several times but gave in because the lady on the phone gave me guarantees. Today, I was told I couldn’t get the rest of the loan from Easy Financial because they have no association to Spring and when I asked the person on the phone “so you are saying I got dragged along for three months for no reason and scammed”, she said yes. Love to hear that from them, and when I applied to get more of a loan, she said I qualified for $0 and need a co-signer, I asked “How did I get approved in the first place?”. She fumbled her words and didn’t give me a proper response, by saying “I don’t know”.
