There was no issues untill the company randomly took 400 plus dollars out of my account on a non payment date ( i had pre authorized payments set up) When i called to inquire why and how they can take money from my bank account with out permission, the staff were not sorry at all and didnt even care that it had happened, nor did they know how it happened! So i removed the auto payment plan and make my payments in person now. Every time i go in or talk to someone, the staff are incredibly rude and yell at me! Im so appalled that this is how they treat their customers especially ones that make their payments on time EVERY time! Shocked as to why anyone ever uses this business! Ive asked for the manager to call me on many occasions and never once has she called me back! How can you be the manager if you cant even return customer calls! I will tell everyone who is interested in doing business with your company on how you treat your loyal customers! Paying my loan and NEVER dealing with such a scam company again! And will be sure no one i know will either!
