  Went in here to have some NSF returned, explained that I had my account payments set up for the 18th because that's when CCB came in and that I was going to change the data of the payments to ensure this would not happen again. The "Customer service Manager" Carol was extremely rude, accused me of lying when I said the CCB payments come on the 18th of the month, searched through years and years of my bank records and accused me of lying saying "CCB NEVER comes on the 18th, it always comes on the 20th" (wrong lol!) questioned me on personal information regarding my child (why??, I have CCB you know I have a child so why is it any of your business??). She was horribly rude and disrespectful, mocking me during the interaction and I informed her I would be cancelling my account with TD, and I did!!!! This was the last straw of dealing with TD for me, happy to say I have cancelled my account with TD and several other family members are also cancelling over this. No apologies from this person or the bank... Oh and for the third month in a row the payment has come before the 18th!! What a surprise I wasn't lying! And I have the bank statements to prove it too, but my new bank doesn't question me about my child or about my payments so I don't even need to prove them! Terrible customer service, absolutely shocking behavior from the manager of customer service, if you hate people so much you really shouldn't be working that title. Not only is the customer service absolutely APPALLING, But their bank fees are some of the highest available, their reps for appointments do not follow up, every time I've gone in for a scheduled appointment the representative is not prepared, does not have the knowledge to answer the questions, and does not email or call back to schedule follow ups like they said they would (we scheduled 3 appointments and never got the follow up we needed, we attempted three times with these people even different branches! We were looking at doing a mortgage through TD as well but after the terrible service forget it!). Stay away from this bank, there are far better and FREE options out there with amazing customer service instead!

  Even though I explained my circumstances and asked to wait 4 days till I get paid they still drew on my account and cost me $43 on nsf . Very greedy and inconsiderate.

  40 min and more been trying to speak to a human I think that’s unacceptable for a bank as big as TD

  Worst service ever …. Well right behind ACCESS CREDiT UNiON and steinbach credit union in the race for worst financial institution but still really bad….

  The only downside I have with this location is the staff talk with the customers way to long about personal things so it takes so long when all you want to do is run in and out. Also some things the front have to deal with I find should be taken care of at a service desk so I'm not waiting half an hour to cash a cheque.
