- MRManijeh RoshanSep 24, 20211.0The ATM swallowed my checks and debit card but a new debit card was issued on the spot and after a week I received a letter containing denial of the deposit . I did get in touch with the branch and Amy was supposed to get back to me and didn’t return my call . Is basically fraud , when they repaired the ATM , they probably collected the checks and the Debit card. I am going to follow up on that but this branch , I believe not interested to solving their customer problems which was caused by their ATM . Very disappointed and definitely after solving the problem couple of accounts are going to be closed since their customer service next to nothing.
